DV Group Consolidates Hosting Stack with ₹1 Crore TurboHost Acquisition

DV Group Consolidates Hosting Stack with ₹1 Crore TurboHost Acquisition

September 2026: DV Group has acquired TurboHost in a deal valued at ₹1 crore, marking a strategic move to consolidate hosting infrastructure, customer operations and service delivery under the DV Hosting brand.

Following the acquisition, TurboHost will be integrated into DV Hosting through a phased transition process covering customer accounts, hosting services, domain operations and related platform management.

Platform Integration Begins

The acquisition is expected to initiate a staged platform integration designed to shift TurboHost customers into the DV Hosting ecosystem with minimal service disruption.

The migration will cover active hosting environments, account management workflows and service operations as DV Group works to streamline its hosting stack under a unified platform.

Customer Migration to Roll Out in Phases

Rather than executing a single migration event, the transition will take place in phases. This approach is intended to provide greater operational stability while customer accounts and services are moved to DV Hosting.

Customers are expected to receive migration-related communication in advance, including updates on account handling, service continuity and any required actions.

TurboHost Brand to Be Phased Out

As part of the post-acquisition integration plan, the TurboHost brand is expected to be phased out by February 2027.

Once the transition is completed, TurboHost’s customer base and service operations will function fully under the DV Hosting brand.

Service Continuity During Transition

Existing TurboHost services are expected to remain operational during the migration window. DV Group’s integration strategy appears to focus on continuity, allowing customers to maintain active service access while backend and account transitions are completed.

Strategic Expansion of DV Hosting

The acquisition strengthens DV Group’s position in the hosting segment by expanding its customer footprint and bringing an additional hosting provider into its operational portfolio.

With the TurboHost integration, DV Hosting is set to operate as the group’s unified platform for hosting and related infrastructure services, reflecting a broader push toward platform consolidation and long-term service scaling.
